Do I need to leave the software running on my PC?
Yes- you need to leave the software running on your PC so that it can search for new driving test dates for you.

What operating systems can I run the software on?
Cancellation Checker is compatible with Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7

Installation

I've lost/Where do I find my activation code?
Your activation code should be in the email you received after purchasing the software - with the subect line "Thank you for purchasing Driving Test Cancellation Checker. Activation Code enclosed if you have lost this email- please get in touch with us and we'll provide you with a new one

My activation code doesn't work
If your activation code doesn't work- ensure that your driving license number is the same as when you registered- if its changed then you'll need to get in touch with us to get a new activation code

Can I use my copy of the software for multiple driving licenses?
No- each copy of the software is restricted to the driving license number you supplied when you registered. If your driving license number has changed (for example because you lost your license), get in touch and we'll be happy to send you a new activation code

Using Cancellation Checker

Do I need to have booked a test already?
Yes- Cancellation checker works by checking your test centre for new appointments. If you haven't got a test booked- book it for the nearest date available and then Cancellation Checker will be able to start checking for dates

How do I setup Cancellation Checker to email me?
Click on the settings button in the toolbar. Check the "Send Alert Emails" box and then fill in your email details. If you are not sure of your email settings- please refer to your Internet Service Provider. If you are still not sure, get in touch and we'll do our best to help you

How do I know if my test booking has been successful?
You should firstly receive a success text message from us. After that, it is important you check your date on the DSA website to ensure it has changed- if you're uncertain about anything just email us
